1. Who we are and what this covers

Maison Dynamics Private Limited is developing Ama Panji, an Android Odia calendar. This notice describes the planned handling of information within Ama Panji and communications about the app. Third-party services have their own privacy notices.

2. Calendar and device storage

The planned calendar does not require an Ama Panji account. Downloaded calendar information and preferences, such as the selected month, are intended to remain on your device. Internet access will be used for calendar downloads, corrections, advertising and purchase verification.

We do not plan to request contacts, photos, microphone or precise device location for calendar browsing. Any additional permissions or data uses will be explained before they are introduced.

3. Advertising in the free version

The planned free version uses Google AdMob. Its mobile advertising software can collect IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions and diagnostic information. IP addresses can be used to estimate general location. These data help deliver and measure advertisements and prevent fraud.

Available advertising choices and any required consent will be presented in the app before applicable processing. Non-personalised advertising can still involve data collection. An active ad-free subscription is intended to disable advertising; purchase verification and support processing may still occur.

4. Subscriptions and payment information

Google Play will process subscription payments. We do not plan to collect payment-card numbers or bank credentials. The app and a purchase-verification service may process purchase tokens, product identifiers, purchase status and expiry information to activate, restore and protect subscription access.

5. Support and website visits

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use it to respond and resolve your request. Please avoid sending passwords, full payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Our website hosting and service providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver pages and protect their services.

6. Sharing and service providers

The planned service involves Google AdMob for advertisements, Google Play for billing, and providers supporting hosting, purchase verification and support email. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not plan to sell personal information.

Provider information is available at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. The final release notice will identify any additional providers used by the app.

7. Retention and security

Local app data can generally be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app; any device backup is managed separately by your Android backup settings. Support records are kept as needed to resolve requests. Purchase records may need to be retained for subscription administration, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Specific retention periods and the production security arrangements will be documented before release. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Providers may process information outside your country, subject to applicable requirements.

8. Your choices and requests

You can contact support@maisondynamics.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, or to raise a privacy concern. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your request. Applicable rights and lawful retention requirements depend on your location.

Advertising settings will be available in the app where supported. Google Play subscription management is separate: uninstalling the app or requesting deletion does not cancel a subscription.

9. Children and launch audience

The app’s launch audience and age settings have not yet been finalised. We will confirm eligibility and any safeguards for children before release. Please contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information that should be removed.

10. Updates

We will revise this notice when the planned service or its data practices change. The effective release version will be available here and linked within the app and its store listing.
