1. Provider and scope

Ama Panji is a planned Android application from Maison Dynamics Private Limited. These draft terms describe the intended conditions for personal use of the app and its optional subscription. No subscription is offered for purchase on this website.

2. Calendar information

Ama Panji is intended to present Odia calendar dates, festivals, fasts and observances. Traditions and timings can vary by location and community. We aim to review calendar content and correct reported errors, but cannot guarantee that every entry is error-free or suitable for every tradition.

For important ceremonies, confirm dates and timings with a trusted local practitioner. Annual updates and corrections may require internet access. Previously downloaded information may become outdated.

3. Permitted use and intellectual property

You may use the app for lawful personal purposes in accordance with these terms and the applicable store terms. Do not interfere with its security, misuse its services or redistribute protected software and content without permission or a lawful exception.

Rights in our branding, software and original presentation remain with Maison Dynamics Private Limited or the relevant rights holders. These terms do not assert exclusive ownership over traditional knowledge or calendar facts.

4. Free version and advertisements

The planned free version includes advertisements. Advertising availability and formats may vary. Advertisements and linked third-party services are not endorsements by Maison Dynamics Private Limited. Any optional rewarded feature, if introduced, will explain its conditions before participation.

5. Annual ad-free subscription

The planned India price is ₹69 per year for an optional ad-free subscription through Google Play. The actual price, applicable taxes, billing period and renewal terms shown by Google Play before confirmation govern your purchase.

The subscription is planned to renew automatically each year unless cancelled through Google Play before renewal. Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewals while access continues until the end of the paid period, subject to refunds or other changes to purchase status. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

You will be able to manage subscriptions in Google Play and restore eligible purchases using the same Google account. Refund requests are handled through Google Play’s applicable process and any mandatory consumer rights. Nothing here excludes those rights.

An active subscription is intended to remove in-app advertising; it is not a lifetime purchase. Future price changes will follow applicable law and Google Play notification and consent requirements.

6. Optional offers and availability

Any subscription offer shown when leaving the app will be dismissible and will not itself initiate a purchase. A purchase requires confirmation through Google Play.

We may update features or correct content. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or continued support for obsolete versions. Material changes affecting paid access will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

7. Privacy and third parties

Our privacy policy explains the planned processing of information for ads, purchases and support. Google Play, advertisers and externally linked services also apply their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Responsibility and consumer rights

You are responsible for how you use calendar information. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

9. Changes, law and contact

We will publish the effective terms before launch and communicate material later changes as required. Indian law is intended to govern these terms, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights available to you.
